The Garden Projects

Projects we have worked on:
  1. The courtyard in the front which will give a private quiet area with a formal feel and the sound of water. See the garden gate below for updated information.
  2. The berm in the front which was a monsterous pile of clay. We have had it shaped in a very general way and are beginning to do some planting. This is the first picture of the front planting. Update: The berm looks great 5 years later.
  3. The slope in the back of the house. THis we have planted with about 20 bushes of various types that are hardy, attract wildlife and are under 8 feet tall. Update: the bushes are growing in. The Elderberry has gone crazy and is closer to 15 feet tall.
  4. The slope at the side of the house. We have added stone walls. This project is done.
  5. Sep 2007: The garden gate goes in.
